Child & Family
Psychotherapy
Providing compassionate, evidence-based support for children, teens, and families in New York & New Jersey.
Hi, I'm Brooke!
If there's one thing I've learned from my years of working with children and families, it's that no two kids are exactly alike. Every child has their own personality, strengths, challenges, and way of seeing the world—and that's one of the reasons I love what I do.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with children, teens, and their families. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to support children in a variety of settings, including early intervention, schools, hospitals, and private practice. These experiences have helped me understand that while every family's story is different, most parents are looking for the same thing: to help their child feel happy, confident, and successful.
Warm & Genuine Connection
My approach is warm, supportive, and down-to-earth. Therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating or overly clinical. I focus on building genuine connections with the children and families I work with, creating a space where kids feel comfortable being themselves and parents feel heard, understood, and supported.
I also believe that parents know their children better than anyone else. While I bring clinical experience and tools to the table, you bring the expertise that comes from loving and raising your child every day. The best outcomes happen when we work together as a team.
Personalized & Practical Support
Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, behavior challenges, social difficulties, OCD, autism, or a difficult life transition, we'll work together to understand what's going on beneath the surface and find practical strategies that actually fit your family's life.
My goal is to help children build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and feel more successful at home, in school, and in their relationships—while helping parents feel more supported and less alone along the way.
I know that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and finding the right therapist is an important decision. My hope is that from our very first conversation, you feel comfortable, understood, and supported. Building a trusting relationship is at the heart of my work, and I strive to create an environment where both children and parents feel safe, welcomed, and never judged.
